The technical scope for artificial grass & outdoor surfaces is: Excavation and compacted sub base (built and compacted in layers so it drains and stays level); Drainage detailing (falls, drains and soakaways so water goes somewhere); Quality grass specification (uv stable yarn rated for dubai sun rather than the cheapest roll).
It also covers invisible seaming; correct infill; balcony, roof and play surfaces.
UV stabilised polyethylene yarn, crushed aggregate sub base, geotextile membrane, seaming tape and silica infill.
Everything is photographed and logged to your property record, so the next visit starts from evidence rather than from memory.
